WebKel'Thuzad 10 man Frost blast bugged? My guild is saying it is bugged since he is not supposed to cast it on a tank. It doesn't seem like that information is correct? Not sure, but regardless just wanting clarification. Definitely making it a lot harder to clear without a well compiled group if it's a bug.
