For last 5 years I was 73 kg and felt ok with that. I finished my education this year and found a manual work at a warehouse. WitrynaI haven’t gained weight numerically, my body looks 99% the same and yet my face just seems to be bloating constantly. I look the same as i did aged 17 when I was 50lbs heavier my face looks like a jelly bean. I feel so embarrassed by anyone who sees me even strangers, even though I know logically they aren’t thinking anything.
