WebTanwise Water Foam dries in about 30 minutes. My skin felt tacky until it dried completely. Even though it takes 30 minutes to dry, I was able to put my clothing on after about 15 minutes because I wasn’t worried about the product staining. Smell (Before Application) This self tanning mousse smells really good. It has a clean, refreshing scent.

When I went to Sally’s, they were out of the mousse, so that’s why I got the lotion.
